DHL Express and Small Packet Delivery to the USA

As of November 1st, Japan Post still doesn't ship ePacket (registered air mail, our standard shipping) to the U.S. because there is not enough flights to the U.S. Therefore we use DHL Express to ship our organic matcha to the U.S.

DHL Express shipping fee is very high.  :(

We will incur most of the DHL Express shipping fee, but we need to ask you some shipping fee for DHL Express Delivery.

・DHL Express does not deliver to your P.O.Box

 ✩✩✩✩  We ship our organic matcha to the U.S. by Japan Post Small Packet  (Free Shipping, a shop of ＄37 or more)  ✩✩✩✩

Small Packet is a non-registered air mail. It is not trackable and not insured for delay, damage or lost of your package. Therefore we can not take any responsibility after shipping your package. (No refund for any reason).  

If you'd like us to ship your matcha by Small Packet, please remember that Grace & Green does not refund for delay, damage or lost of your package. Please order at your risk.

If you'd like to use Small Packet instead of DHL Express, please write " Small Packet " on the message board when checking out. We will refund your DHL Express shipping fee before shipping.
